STRESS

Stress is the voice inside of you saying, "I feel like I have too much to do".
Stress is just another form of Fear telling you "I'm afraid something bad might happen if I don't get everything done well enough".
Stress can be caused both from internal and external sources. Properly identifying Stress and its source is the first step on the Path to overcoming it.
